Guests will feel right at home in this light and bright, 2 story, 2 bedroom / 2 bath home just a few blocks from Nye Beach.
Living / Dining Area - Entering the home, guests will be greeted with beautiful wood floors and a charming dining table that seats 6 – perfect for enjoying meals together. Two archways lead into a cozy living room with comfortable seating and plenty of windows – an ideal spot to curl up with a book, or relax after an afternoon stroll on the beach.
Kitchen - Preparing home-cooked meals will be a breeze in the galley-style, fully equipped kitchen. Off of the kitchen, guests will find a mud room with a washer & dryer. Ideal for doing a load after beach-combing and tide pooling.
Bed & Bath - After a long day of exploring all the fun to be had in Newport, guests will drift off to sleep in two comfortable rooms.
Bedroom 1: Full size bunk bed over a queen with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower over tub.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen en-suite with walk-in shower. Enjoy direct access to the deck – the perfect spot to savor a quiet cup of coffee with an ocean view, or unwind with a glass of wine before heading downtown for dinner. There is also a small desk for those needing a quiet space to study or work.
Outdoor Area - Guests will appreciate the fenced-in back yard. Fire up the grill for a casual dinner enjoyed outside.
