Oregon Fall Getaway
We don’t have typical Fall weather on the Oregon Coast. Instead of leaves turning color, we have the most vibrant sunsets of the year. Temperatures are typically quite warm, sometimes warmer than Summer. The water is warmer too after being exposed to the summer sun.
The beaches are less crowed during the week because the kids are back in school, but the best part of Fall on the Coast is that rates start to go down. Discounts and special promotions are offered throughout the fall season, with the exception of holidays.
The Thanksgiving holiday is a special time for families to gather at the beach. Most coastal towns have traditional celebrations and events scheduled for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our homes and condos are fully equipped to cook a Thanksgiving Day feast. If you don’t feel like cooking, many coastal restaurants offer full Thanksgiving Day buffets and menu items.
