Great Veiw!! Close to all of the tourist attractions and good restaurants in Newport. Property well maintained and well kept. The master bath was awesome. It was really nice having three full baths. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. The lighting was amazing, a light for every situation. Nice laundry facility. The elevator was handy. The furnishings were less than desireable, master bed was uncomfortable (worse than a rollaway bed), the second master bedroom's bed was too soft without any proper support, surprisingly the bunk bed seemed to have the best mattress, the sofas were okay (but only if used by one person to recline in). So there wasn't enough comfortable seating for 6-7 people. Some recliner chairs would have been nice or perhaps a sectional sofa with a couple of recliners built in? The patio furniture was rusted and uncomfortable. We had to go out and buy some utility towels to cover the two patio chairs so as to not ruin our clothes with rust stains. I was hoping to spend more time relaxing comfortably inside and enjoy the view (especially in rainy weather) but I felt that I had to stay on my feet or sit on the uncomfortable bar stools in order to keep the (relatively) more comfortable couch open for those people (one person per couch) in my party who were older or who had fragile health. The beach was not easily accessable from the property, we made the mistake of going down but couldn't come back up in the same place. Later we found beach access both North and South of the property that would have to be driven to or walk to. I wouldn't return to visit this propery unless the owner were to furnish it more comfortably.
