Perfect Beach House!!

"We came to this wonderful home in April, 2017 just for a short stay, but it had everything we needed, plus more! Loved the spacious open floor plan with gorgeous kitchen and great view of the ocean through the large windows in the main area. The hot tub was a major bonus--large and the water, crystal clear ;). We loved spending some time on the wrap-around deck with a perfect view of the ocean from north to south, when the sun peaked out! Access to the beach is SO CLOSE! Although this house is not "oceanfront", it seems like it since it's across the street from oceanfront houses and we could see/hear the ocean just fine. We only had to walk a few houses down the street to great beach access. Gleneden Beach is gorgeous and you feel like it's private, since there are rarely many people on it!! We were so close to Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, and even Newport. We will definitely plan to stay here again!! "

Great place to stay

"Enjoyed our time at The Seasons. We are a multi generation family and there was plenty of space and supplies. An easy walk to beach access and plenty if space to sit and look out over the ocean."

"The house was aptly represented online, clean, and very comfortable. Had a nice layout on upper level with open kitchen/dining/living to socialize while cooking. The only problem we encountered: while there were numerous pots and lids, none of the lids matched the pans. It was frustrating, we finally used frying pans as lids to the larger pots. But the beds were comfortable, lots of towels and hot water, nice hot tub, and great view of the ocean over the houses across the street."

"We had a fabulous time with a group of 9 adults. The location was perfect with plenty of parking and easy directions. We loved the Hot tub and having two TV's. The kitchen had everything we needed to make up some great local seafood."

"We rented the house so the whole family could say food by to a great father, husband and grandfather. We spread his ashes at sea the experience was great."

"House was up to date. Clean. Very well stocked with anything you could ever need ! The view from the deck was amazing! Quick block to the beach! Hot tub was clean but many jets didn't work. Beds were comfy and we all loved our weekend! "

"Our family had a great weekend at your home. However, we did find dirty bbq and some dirty dishes. Plenty of room for everyone, simple access to the beach. We made use of everything offered-hot tub, barbecue. Thanks."

"We really liked this house and recommend it. The bedrooms were as advertised, nice-sized,the upstairs living room area nice, and the kitchen worked well for us. We liked that there were common areas both up and down, although the downstairs was pretty chilly. The hot-tub was great and loved the wraparound deck (watch out for splinters, though). The beach was beautiful (hardly anyone ever there) and the access is close, although the view is more than a little blocked by neighbors across the street. We had difficulties with the combination lock they weren't able to fix (had to use one key for all of us)and we wished there was an additional bathroom. But we would happily stay there again!"

"This was a lot of house for only 3 people. Location was awesome, view was wonderful for not being directly on the beach. Access to beach just steps away. Our only issue was the hot tub. We own a hot tub and know how important it is to clean. When the jets were turned on you could see the oils from others floating and clinging to the sides. Totally grossed us out. Unfortunately we only went in it once due to that. That was the only down fall for this stay. If not for that this property would be all 5 stars."

"We had a great time. Great location, great house."

Jack B. from Saint Helens, 10/03/2017

"Overall the house is great, and we will likely stay there again. When we arrived there was a package on the counter with clean kitchen towels, hot pads, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and laundry pods. The wifi worked well.
Our email from the rental company that was supposed to have the door code didn't contain a code; when I called the company about it, they were courteous and helpful with getting us access. There were a couple of items that could use maintenance in the house: the fan in the upstairs bathroom does not always come on when you flip the switch, and the upper deck in the back of the house looks to be deteriorating due to the damp coastal air. A few of the dishes we pulled out of the cupboard looked not to be completely clean; my guess was that previous tenants didn't adequately rinse things before putting them in the dishwasher. Everything else in the house was spotless."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We were not able to connect to WIFI. We also had carbon monoxide detector went off one night. I called right away next day and maintenance came right away. He could not help with WIFI. Hot tub was enjoyed. Would be nice to have hair curler available. Very clean and looked like it was described on website. Nice to have close access to the beach. Thanks "
