"Views are spectacular. House is new with all the bells and whistles. Great for a family group"

Sand Castle

"Spectacular views, great house, fantastic vacation."

Lincoln City Luxury

"Working with the Oregon Beach Vacations was a very smooth and painless process. I found the accommodations in excellent shape and everything was ready to go upon arrival. The house offered everything we would want in our own home. The Master shower/steam room is a nice touch. Electronic entry to the house is very convenient as we did not have to bother with physical keys. The house is quite high on the hill ( 115+ steps to the beach ) but we did not do more than a couple of trips back and forth. Almost all of the appliances were new, although they are in serious need of a new toaster. While it is quite pleasant at night, It did get very warm in the house during the day ( 80+ degrees if the windows were closed) ... the air conditioning didnt seem to work correctly. Not a big deal as we were doing activities every day. One other suggestion would be to add an outdoor table to the patio...although there are chairs, it would be nice to sit with a group dining outside or just watching the sunset. Overall. the house is awesome and I would recommend it in a heartbeat."

Perfect Getaway

"It was a great space for a group of people looking to get away and relax. Plenty of seating for everyone, the space was clean and nice, and we loved having direct beach access. One recommendation... not a complaint, but certainly would add to the experience: a grill. It's hard to cook for a group and a grill would make that much easier."

beautiful getaway

"The house was beautiful! The view was spectacular. The beach was steps away from the home, bird's eye view was great. We saw bald eagles and whales on our getaway. The steam shower was also a bonus. Thanks for a relaxing trip!"

Every bedroom had their own bathroom.

"Beautiful house with amazing views in just about every room! We loved the fact that every bedroom had their own bathroom so each family/couple had their own. Awesome private beach access. We were so comfortable staying here we really didn't want to leave and talked about coming back again and staying the full week! My only suggestion (minor) would be to stock the kitchen with more big pots/pans. We had a family of 12 so we were cooking group meals and found that we had to divide up cooking in separate pots/pans in order to prepare the group dishes. A crock pot would be and awesome addition too. We will definitely come back! "

Spectacular views from all floors.

"We had a group of 10 women stay here and the house was beautiful with spectacular views from all floors. The only complaints we had were that the beds were a little too firm for our liking, and there wasn't enough towels, other than that, it was a wonderful vacation home. "

Superb! Stunning! PERFECT!

"Superb! Stunning! PERFECT! Twelve women had a MLK wknd retreat here. Everything was simply marvelous. Regardless of the weather the spectacular views from every room make watching the sea, the surf, the tides coming in and going out fun and exciting. The beds were firm (Yay!) but so very comfortable. The bathrooms made accommodating a large group so easy. We had fun cooking and ate like royalty. Our ONLY complaints were no can opener in the kitchen, no boxes of tissues whatsoever, and an outdated tide table. Everything else was simply perfect and we will definitely go back and highly recommend this gorgeous house without hesitation. Our wknd retreat was everything we'd hoped and dreamed it would be. "

"Overall it was great, the view epic, the stairs not good but the view made up for it. There where a few things missing. The jacuzzi was not clean. There was no BBQ, so I had rent one 150.00 for the stay, we were not allowed to use the elevator that is inside the home, that would have been huge for the two elderly parents we have. More patio furniture like a table would be very helpful and I read that in several reviews. Would I rent again yes, but not if I can find beach front with no stairs. "

"This was our third Oregon beach rental for our family. This house was the best appointed and maintained of all we have rented. The layout of the house with large bedrooms and separate baths and with separate gathering spaces for the children and adults was perfect for six adults and four children."

John H. from Monteagle , 07/25/2017

"The home is beautiful and the ocean view breathtaking. Plenty of space for us all. You have to be in top physical shape if you plan to navigate the stairs getting you onto the beach. The kitchen could use an upgrade of supplies for cooking for a family of 12.There were only 6 chairs for sitting at the dinning table. We moved the bar table and 4 chairs, along with living room chairs, into the dining room so we could all be together. The living room needs more seating. The space is there, just not the furniture to fill it. Loved that each bedroom had it's own full bath and tv! Plenty of space and beautifully BBQ grill or outdoor dining available."

Shelly T. from Gresham, 08/07/2017

"Lovely place, great view. My only complaint was there are lots of stairs which was difficult for my 87 year old aunt with COPD and the owner doesn’t let you use the elevator. We rented the house for Thanksgiving week."

Is our 4 legged child welcome?? Non shedding Yorkie......never left unattended. Goes where we go or kenneled just like at our house.

We have a soft spot for 4 legged children..... Send us a picture?   Ok, now on to your question. Sorry, but no.  The owner has taken great pride in this home and boy does it show.   Only 2 legged children (and adults) can stay.
