Recent Reviews About This Property

Great time!

"Great Location, very clean and well managed. Oregon Beach Vacations staff was very nice. I will be a return customer."

Sandra H. from Oregon, 05/31/2016

"Our stay was nice & relaxing. Television service wasn't very good. No cable & the Old TV's were loosing picture a lot. Sofas were not the best & smelly. Couldn't get in the front gate, there was a tree down in the way. Besides the few things mentioned, the property was good. We had a relaxing time."

Karen S. from Canby, 01/25/2017

"We are always so pleased with our vacation rentals! We prefer Oregon Beach Vacations over hotel stays! The rentals are always clean and cozy. We had another amazing weekend! "

from Gresham, 02/28/2017

"This was a great home with lots of room and a real cozy feeling. Enjoyed my stay. Only thing I would recommend is bringing your own kitchen knives other than that, it was great. "

Elicea M. from Portland, 03/14/2017

"The jetted tub was broken, the ice dispenser was broken, the furnace was broken, and it was a little hard to find and get in and out of the parking strip. Other than that, it was a great place! Clean and inviting. I would definitely return. "

Jennifer R. from Portland, 05/16/2017

"I waited to the week before and so I Was fortunate to find a place available for all of us and our family and pet on Memorial Day weekend.
Pros: dog friendly, clean, nice layout, quiet neighborhood. Lots of space to play games, space accommodates varied age ranges. Good area for a pet
Cons: Too far from the beach, no view, needs better and more garbage bags, needs bigger slow cooker, hide-a-bed unsleepable, poor cell phone reception and no wifi, vcr didn't work and few channels on TV, easy to miss the driveway where u park, previous wet pet spots were not cleaned adequately..."

Connie B. from Hood River, 05/31/2017

"The main floor & upstairs were nice. The downstairs was musky & a little moldy smelling so I was glad they had a air purifier there or I would not have been able to sleep down there because of asthma but the bed was super comfy! ?The shower leaked but they came immediately to fix it. Plenty of towels! Loved doing the puzzles but need new ones because pieces missing ??Nicely supplied kitchen. T.V too small at least have bigger for the main floor. Close to shopping & beaches. "

Desirae M. from Spokane, 07/11/2017

"Everything was great. Upstairs bathroom toilet was a little dirty. But really enjoyed the property will recommend and would like to stay again. Would be nice to upgrade tv and DVD player. Thanks"

from Vancouver, 07/23/2017

"Lots of room, not far from the beach, and better than staying in a hotel. We had a wonderful time! "

from Nampa, 08/15/2017

"The house was very spacious and comfortable. My family and I had a great time. The only issue that I had was the cat pee smell on the stair well from the downstairs."

Mary Lou J. from Portland, 08/23/2017

"It was a nice place, plenty of room."

Cheryl W. from Any city, 09/12/2017

"House was good overall but had a lot of small negative things that added up. When we first got there we noticed that it was not as clean as you would expect. We found a beer can full of cigarette butts on the deck and some beer caps left on floor of living area. Next and again these are small things the water dispenser and ice maker didn't work on the frig. The whole down stairs smelled really musty so we didn't even stay in that bedroom. The gate to the front of the house somehow got pushed thru and stuck on the wrong side of the frame so it didn't open at all. The garbage was located behind this gate so the garbage men couldn't gain access to it. We called management and they did get the gate fixed and garbage emptied that same day. Then our keyless system stopped working and we had to call and get the number for the lock box with the key to use."

Craig C. from Connell, 10/31/2017

"The good: The representatives from Oregon Beach Vacations were very helpful and hospitable. Also, overall, the home was very large and roomy, with an interesting room-layout, which would make it fun for small kids to run around and have a good time. If you don't want to be right next to the beach-front, this home is a perfect choice, because it is also situated close to town, easy walking distance. We were approved for early check in, which was nice, following a quick inspection.
The Bad: It was clear from the start, that there was not much emphasis on making a comfortable stay for non-peak season guests. The entry door keypad didn't function properly during the entire stay, despite many calls to the office. Nearly all of the cookware, electric and pots and pans were dirty from the previous guests. The coffee maker was disgusting. It seemed like everything was off-limits, or not functioning, such as fireplace, refrigerator water supply, garage. I understand the rules are due to many previous irresponsible guests, but if the owners don't like to deal with that, they shouldn't be in the business. I'm sure there is plenty of profit to make up for any small inconveniences."

"the vacation rental was clean and roomy. We had a good time. Warning about leaving the driveway as we hit the bottom of our car. Also, the lock froze a couple of times. A key back up might help. Upgrade the TVs Otherwise the house was a great deal. "

Shelley C. from Happy Valley, 12/29/2017

"Hello Shelley, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Pad on Port. We will look into these issues and let the staff know if anything should be added or changed. As for the back up key, each of our homes offers a physical key at each location. We are sorry if a staff member did not mention this to you or offer to help you access the lock box if you were having issues with the lock. If the TVs are a common concern among our guests, we will be happy to let the owners know and see how they would like to handle it. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to see you again soon on the Oregon coast!"

"This was an awesome location! Price was much better than a hotel and a lot bigger as well. More room for the entire family with no one below or above you. You have the place to yourselves. Very clean and staff was friendly."
