Catoor is the epitome of modern, oceanfront luxury beach rentals on the Oregon Coast. Four spacious bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests and one small dog. Enjoy the beautiful views right on the oceanfront. Pack your bags, your adventure at Cartoor awaits!
The kitchen is a cook’s dream with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a large pantry, and plenty of counter space! The large dining room area comfortably seats 10 for family-style meals. The living room is modern and cozy, where you can watch the game on the flat-screen TV, or watch the waves over coffee while enjoying the gas fireplace. The living room also features an exterior door that leads to the beautiful seashore or up to the rooftop patio. The kitchen and living room both feature large windows that let in natural light and show off a view that can’t be beaten!
Catoor is a split-level home, meaning the stairs going up or down are very short. All bedrooms in Catoor are located downstairs. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, a private ocean-front patio, and a King bed with a flat-screen TV. The downstairs also includes a bunk room with four twin beds built into the walls. The two guest bedrooms, also downstairs, feature 2 queen-size beds.
There is parking for 1 car in the garage, and 3 spaces in the driveway and in front of the home. Please call ahead if you have additional parking needs so we can make arrangements for you.

Perfect!

Catoor was a perfect beach house for us. The location is great. We could keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach while in the house or on the rooftop deck. It was a easy 10 minute walk to the Pelican Pub. Can walk on the beach or take a paved path. The view is awesome!! Great sunsets from the deck. The house is well stocked. Lots of beach toys and beach chairs. We will be back soon.

Superb in Every Detail

It's tough to find a beach vacation house that checks all the boxes. You start with a view but from there are inevitable shortcomings...elegance of the house itself, comfort of gathering areas, adequate kitchen, quality of amenities... Catoor has all of this. The living space is commodious, the kitchen one where we even took design notes for ourselves (along with the best appliances/ kitchenware we've ever found) while the baths and amenities were luxurious. Finally, Open Nest was much a personal concierge the couple of times we called. All in all, it was probably the best rental experience we've ever had.

Great for Family Gathering

Catoor was a perfect home for our family vacation. Beautifully appointed and perfectly stocked from kitchen to bathrooms, we very much enjoyed our week retreat. Although at the ocean's edge, beach access was a bit difficult for young kids and those of us who are older and a "mobility challenged". But from beginning to end, Open Nest made it easy. They were accessible via email and phone, and prompt with answers to our questions. No doubt, our clan enjoyed the home and the setting. And we will again in the future.

Right on the beach

Right on the beach! This property was just excellent for grandma/grandpa, mom/dad and a three year old. The house was in immaculate condition. The kitchen was wonderfully well stocked. The location can’t be beat with an easy walk to the brewery and dunes. The view from the living room and kitchen can’t be beat with a 270° view of the beach. We hopefully will be returning soon.

Can't say enough good things about Catoor. A great location right on the beautiful beach in Pacific City. The view is specyacular. The town is small and an easy walk from the property. The home itself is very well appointed with all of the toys and amenities that make a stay very special. It was clean and updated. The four bathroom and outside shower make the living very easy. This is an outstanding property and we hope to come and stay again!

Catoor has all the amenities you need to have a wonderful stay. 3 adult couples shared the home, and there was plenty of space so we didn't feel crowded. The 4 full bathrooms is a plus. My husband is a chef and prepared all our meals. He said the kitchen was fully stocked with excellent cookware, utensils and plenty of dishware. His only complaint was that the bbq grill was very slow to heat up, but it was in working order. Catoor is located in a prime area. Easy to walk to town and we especially enjoyed walking onto the beach from the master suite.
