Hit the Links  

Enjoy hitting a bucket of balls or a round of golf at Gearhart Golf Links, the oldest course in Oregon. This course first opened in 1892 with just three holes, and now boasts a stunning 18-hole public course.   

Explore Peter Iredale Shipwreck 

Head to Fort Stevens State Park where you can explore the rusted remains of a steel cargo ship that ran aground on Clatsop beach in 1906. Low tide is the best time to wander amongst the wreckage. Discover more history at Battery Russell –once used to defend the Oregon coast from Japanese attacks during WWII. We recommend picking up a brochure in the parking lot. Spot Elk and Whales
