We are an Oregon Based Vacation Rental Company, and we are looking for a "Guest-Focused" Customer Service Agent to Join Our Team out of our Seaside, OR Office.

In this position you will:

  • Answer incoming guest inquiries
  • Book Reservations
  • Answer general questions and assist guest with check in questions
  • Answer inquiries and request via our reservation email system
  • Work with housekeeping and maintenance in a support role
  • Help resolve guest concerns
  • Field calls from property owners, as needed

Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have previous Hotel Front Desk or Vacation Rental Reservation Experience
  • Professional Positive Attitude
  • Ability to Multi-Task & Prioritize Tasks
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Skills
  • Computer Efficient
  • Read, Write and Speak English

  • 28 to 32 hours per week; with an opportunity for more hours during the busy season
  • Typical work hours can include Friday, Monday & Tuesday 9am to 5pm PST and Saturday & Sunday 10am to 4pm PST
