Front Door: 35 inches wide, 1 step in, front door leads into the 2nd floor of the home.

Kitchen, living room, and dining room are all located on the 2nd floor.

2nd Floor:

Bathroom (left of front door): 27 inches wide, half bathroom.

Garage (right of front door): 35 inches wide, 3 steps down.

King Room (right of living room): 31 inches wide, attached bathroom, ATT BATH: 35 inches wide, full bathroom, walk in shower and bath tub.

Patio Door (through living room): 29 inches wide, 1 step down.

Stairs (left of garage): 32 inches wide, 16 steps, has hand rail.

Stairs lead right into the family room.

Ground Floor:

Bathroom (left of stairs): 27 inches wide, full bathroom, walk in shower/no tub.

Laundry Room (left of bathroom): 35 inches wide, washer and dryer.

Queen Room (left of laundry room): 29 inches wide.

King Room (across from stairs to the left): 29 inches wide.

Patio Door (right of king room): 35 inches wide, 1/2 step down.

There is a lockboxes in each of the Pacific Seawatch homes that have access to the clubhouse. Guest will find upon arrival, that above these lockboxes is a laminated sign with instructions to call our main number (I have attached a photo of one for reference) so that an agent can verify that they have read and signed the liability and clubhouse instructions/ rules (orientation) documents that are being sent to them along with their rental agreement to sign. Once verified, you will find in the unit information with the other codes the code for the Pacific Seawatch Clubhouse Keycard lockbox to give to guests. Just FYI, like the hot tub codes, these lockbox codes are all the same as well (1529).
