Freshly renovated and thoughtfully furnished with the character of a classic Seaside beach cottage, it's designed for comfortable mornings, family dinners and evenings together after a day at the beach. The bright living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streaming capability and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping flexibility. Two comfortable bedrooms each feature a queen bed and TV. The Main Cottage also includes a full bathroom and a convenient half bath off the primary bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and air fryer, along with cookware, dishes and utensils for meals at home. THE SANDCASTLE: SURF SHACK Just steps from the Main Cottage is one of the things that makes The Sandcastle special: the Surf Shack. Located above the detached Game Room, this private third bedroom guest retreat has a personality all its own, with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, full bath, queen bed, twin bed, comfortable leather sofa and large-screen TV. The Surf Shack gives part of your group their own place to retreat at the end of the day, while still keeping everyone close and connected. THE SANDCASTLE: GAME ROOM Downstairs in the converted detached garage is the Game Room, a space dedicated to fun. Challenge each other to foosball, arcade basketball, electronic darts, or compact ping pong, or settle in with board games and books. It's a great place for kids and adults to hang out while giving everyone even more space to connect. OUTDOOR LIVING After a day exploring Seaside, come home for a soak in your private outdoor hot tub or relax in the fenced backyard, offering a little extra privacy and room to enjoy the outdoors. We're only seven houses from the Promenade, less than a two-minute walk straight down the sidewalk without having to cross any streets. From the Prom, continue for about another two minutes along a grassy trail through the dunes, where the path opens onto Seaside's beautiful, wide-open beach and the roar of the Pacific. It's close enough for morning walks on the sand, spontaneous trips back for a forgotten sweatshirt, more marshmallows for a beach fire, or heading back down after dinner to catch an Oregon Coast sunset. The Sandcastle is tucked into a quieter north Seaside neighborhood while keeping downtown close at hand. Follow the Prom south toward central Seaside for restaurants, shopping, arcades, ice cream, gelato and Seaside's classic family attractions. The Sandcastle also makes a convenient home base for exploring the northern Oregon Coast. Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock are an easy drive south, while Gearhart, Warrenton and historic Astoria are to the north. Hiking, clamming, golfing, bird watching and the trails around Tillamook Head and Ecola State Park are all within easy reach. WHY THE SANDCASTLE?
