Welcome to Woodley Beach House, a charming two-story retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. The main living area features: wood-paneled walls and exposed ceiling beams, a prominent stone fireplace with a wood stove, a brand new sleeper sofa and leather chairs, a large flat-screen TV with complimentary Netflix, new bay windows offering ocean glimpses, and a brand new deck for enjoying coastal air. The modern galley kitchen is fully equipped with: white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to six guests. A second living space provides a bookshelf stocked with board games and reading material for additional entertainment. Sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests include: Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): King-size bed with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King-size bed with beautiful ocean view, Loft (Upper Level): Double bed, ideal for children, Living Room: Sleeper sofa. Bathrooms include: an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a unique bathroom with a clawfoot tub and vibrant wallpaper, and a second bathroom with shower/tub combination. Additional amenities: washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire Woodley Beach House. Enjoy a seamless arrival with self check-in via a smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises for your vehicles.
Interaction With Guests
We respect our guests' privacy. We are available by phone or message should you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, you will have the space to yourselves.
Other Details to Note
For your safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with: carbon monoxide alarms, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Enjoy self check-in for a convenient arrival.
Beach access can be found by walking a half block north on Glen to Laurel Street, turning left and then traveling one more block.
Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.
