Cozy up next to the gas fireplace or head to the beach! This home is steps away from the beach via the unique wooden boardwalk, or to a short walk to the clubhouse featuring a fitness center, pool table, and an entertainment area. The house is also equipped with 4 adult cruiser bikes, one youth bike, a child's bike, and helmets for all. Come see what adventures await you at The Break! All of The Break's bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary has a king-size bed with a private bathroom that has a double vanity and a two-person tile shower. Two guest bedrooms make this home's sleeping options easy to accommodate family and friends. The first guest room has a queen-size bed, and the second guest bedroom features two sets of twin-size bunk beds. There is another full bath upstairs for the two rooms to share and a half bath on the main floor. A great south exposure deck is complete with a gas BBQ! Shred the Coast! Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes! Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.
