3 couples stayed two nights. Bedrooms were very nice and each had it’s own bathroom. Access to beach was a ways away plus many steps to get down to the water. No view of the ocean but located in a beautiful neighborhood. City ordinance states 2 cars only in driveway with no on street parking. So additional parking would need to be found. I would recommend this house and would visit again.

#208 was a nice location with a great view. But ....the couch had a sinkhole on the left side so only half of the couch was usable. The cook ware was very used and skimpy on quantity available (no cutting board?) The bedroom by front entrance had a \"short\" in the wiring in the ceiling lamp. OBV needs to look over the reviews on the rentals and take care of these issues.

Thought the place was spacious enough, but then started to notice some downfalls. The house was so hot and just couldn\'t get the AC to work properly, spiders and webs everywhere! Washer knob broken so you didn\'t know what cycle you\'d get, my bed creaked really loud, sticky floors upon arrival, and no BBQ on the deck. Also noticed neighbor to the right parked outside the rental when they could have parked in their own driveway. This place needs a good cleaning, and a spider crew to knock down inside AND outside webs, and a crew to cut back the wild blackberry bushes by the deck.

This house.....Absolutely PERFECT! Literally right on the beach and the location between other beach towns is fantastic. The house is older, if you\'re after updates and fancy, move along...THIS house is COZY, RUSTIC and CHARMING. Kitchen is a great size with everything you need. Fireplace works and added a nice touch... TV, WIFI and main house heating worked just fine....Little space heaters are provided to help warm the bedrooms but honestly didn\'t need them as our weather was perfect. It\'s been in a family for years and they cherish it....... LOOK NO FURTHER...Wake up and you\'re looking right at the ocean....go to sleep and you\'re hearing the ocean...what more could you ask for!!!

My family (wife, myself, daughter of two) booked this house weeks out for a vacation and trip to the aquarium. Two days before our vacation the owner notified Oregon Beach Vacations that the house would be under construction and unavailable. The only other available houses were over double what we paid for this one, and a hotel room with a toddler isn’t a great substitute. Oregon Beach Vacations was great. Gave us our refund and were very apologetic. The owner has completely derailed our only vacation this year.

House is a condo. Not a house as marketed. Needs new carpet and cleaning. Several items broken. No door knob on bedroom. Beds not comfortable. Place could use some attention. Back area full of weeds. On the up side is close to beach and title lake area is nice.

This home was very clean and comfortable. Pretty decor and linens and towels felt luxurious compared to other vacation homes we have stayed in. There were eight of us with 2 dogs and we never felt cramped. This is a very quiet area with great walking paths to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and morning coffee. The only thing that would make it even better would be more lighting in the living room for reading in the evening.

Wonderful little spot, tucked away within the trees, with easy access to the beach. The house was clean, fully stocked, and had the most comfortable beds. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The view is amazing and the location is great. There are a couple things that I feel are needed. Bring binoculars to watch the whales. The telescope provided does not help much. It would be nice if there was an iron. Also, a small table on the balcony would be helpful to set drinks and pates. Another chair by the window would also be great. May be a little pricey compared to other rentals close by but all in all a wonderful stay.

I love this home! The house feels comfortable yet well built with beautiful woodwork, granite counter tops, cork flooring and space for everyone. The view is spectacular. Sitting on the deck and watching the eagles ridge the air currents above the Nestucca Bay Estuary and the sun set behind Haystack Rock were truly special moments. The cute little deer family playing in the woods the house were so cute! We will be back.

We had a great week at Pacific City in the Driftwood house. I was very satisfied with the house and how quickly maintenance came and repaired a few quirks ( a big thanks to Mitch! ) The house is very well equipped and our dogs were welcome too! Many hiking trails in the forest just to our east and an excellent beach the dogs loved and made many new doggie friends on their many hikes. We’re very satisfied and a big thanks to the Open Nest team.

Truly enjoyed our stay at the Long Board Loft. The property was clean and very well stocked. Also, the beds were very comfortable. I really liked the layout and location of the house. The only negative was the driveway is steep with a pretty tight turn to get into the garage. . Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

I went with a couple of friends here for a girls weekend and we loved staying in this beach house! It was amazing to be right on the beach and be able to sit on the patio all day and watching the sunsets in the evening. The sunsets! The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the rooms were so well put together with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was fun to cook in with everything we needed. I will definitely be coming back.

The Short Board studio was perfect for our two-night stay. We booked last minute and the reservation team was very easy to deal with. The place Is spotless and roomy; the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well- supplied. Our stay was a respite in the middle of a two week camping trip, so the addition of a full-sized washer and dryer was a huge bonus. The walk to town is short and the beaches and scenery are spectacular. I’d highly recommend staying here!

This house was Amazing. There was plenty of room for us and two other families and it never felt like we were crowded. I loved going up to the top lookout because the view from up there was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals and even with having 14 people there the hot water never ran out. The beach was just a short walk from the house, which made it nice to go on an early morning walk to find seashells. The sunset on the beach was picture-perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed at "Sunset Shores" rental in Pacific City a couple weeks ago. We had not been there before, but it was totally worth it. Nearby Cape Kiwanda is a must. House was clean, it fit our large family well, the location was super cool right near a park, a stones throw from the beach, and food was never too far either. Would stay there again for sure.

My spouse and I drove 11.5 hours to spend a relaxing long weekend in Pacific City. When we arrived, there was an issue with our rental, and we needed to be moved to a new rental. I was very impressed with this house. The open layout is wonderful, and we really enjoyed the great water pressure. It was clean, and the mattress was super comfortable. Lots of sleeping options, and large rooms. The one and only draw back to this home is that it’s close to the main road. However, we could not hear road noise at all when inside. If you are a light sleeper it may be a consideration in the master bedroom only. Easy check out procedures and well stocked.

It was like walking into a new house all made up for me, just add groceries. It had everything I needed, from made beds to a full kitchen. The beach access is right around the corner. This house is located in a cute town with plenty of shops to stroll through and a nice restaurant down the street, “Mist”. It’s a 5 minute walk from SHORE BEATS WORK, check it out. Be sure to visit The Connie Hanson Garden (free)in the neighborhood. It’s very cute. We will be back to Oregon and SBW soon!!! ???

We had an amazing time at this rental property! The home had everything you could need and more for appliances, supplies, etc. Absolutely breathtaking views… the clubhouse next door was a huge perk as well! My 2 oldest boys spent most of their days playing mini golf and swimming at the clubhouse pool… We had an amazing time…. It was the restful, quiet reset my family has needed for a long time. I would definitely recommend to anyone we know.

Catoor was a perfect beach house for us. The location is great. We could keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach while in the house or on the rooftop deck. It was a easy 10 minute walk to the Pelican Pub. Can walk on the beach or take a paved path. The view is awesome!! Great sunsets from the deck. The house is well stocked. Lots of beach toys and beach chairs. We will be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual Family Week again in B-Haven. We've been coming to Shorepine Village for years and always try to get this particular condo - appreciated the upgraded seating in Great Room as well as shower doors (that replaced shower curtains). Our only issue was lack of saucepans - in an otherwise well-stocked kitchen. Open Nest rental employees were extremely helpful - thank you! We'll be back!

Breathtaking views, lots of space to spread out. Top of the line appliances, comfortable beds. Super clean, no concerns about baby on the floor. Bonus* for EV users. RV outlet on outside of garage made charging EV\'s speedy. Hot tub was nice but a long trek up and down stairs. New everything, many with stickers still. Fun place for a family

Got placed at this house sight unseen as our previous rental wasn’t cleaned before arrival. We were so happy with the choice. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 6. View is spectacular! All kitchen amenities were there for cooking on great appliances. So clean. Didn’t worry about baby on floor at all. Drive to beach is short but you will pay for parking in Pacific City. Hot tub was very nice. We didn’t use as the stairs are very long. Fire pit looked nice too. Beds were comfy. Only thing missing was a can opener. Would gladly stay again. It was like a 4 star hotel!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend beach getaway. The location was perfect - easily walkable to Cape Kiawanda and nearby shops/stores. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Before we arrived, we received a voice mail stating our check in time would be pushed back 3 hours. Two more times it was delayed, but we were not notified by the management company. The poor housekeeper had to be the one to tell us, as she was rushing to finish. We finally got into the property 4.5 hours late. By then it was getting dark, and we still had to unload the car. We tried to reach the management company via text, and again by phone after leaving. They never returned our calls. I was finally able to reach them by calling the number on the website, not the number they had given us. I will never rent from this company again. The house was average, but there was still dog poop all over the back yard, and the cleaning was not all it should have been. We felt bad for the housekeeper, she should not have been put in this position.

A friend & I stayed at this beach house and it was more than amazing. It was an easy 90 min drive from PDX. The comfort level, the beauty, the space and view were more than we expected. We felt like we were staying in a 5star resort with the quality of linens, kitchen appliances, decor, and style. We walked out of the door and onto the sand. The upper and lower decks gave us beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Restaurants, shops, and a market were very close by, so leaving the gated/safe community to get what we needed was very simple. Plus, every morning we saw a dear and doe in the bushes. The owners and Open Nest have gone over and beyond to make staying at this beach home well worth it. We can’t wait to come back, stay here and do more hiking and relaxing.

My husband and I and our two dogs needed a quick getaway from the 100 plus temps! We couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house was immaculate - clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and nice linens. My husband had a short trip to his favorite surf break and I enjoyed the peaceful fenced in back yard with my fur babies. Thanks Open Nest for making our stay wonderful.
