Just a few miles west of Neotsu, you'll find the beautiful beach town of Roads End. Roads End offers many fun things for visitors, but the must-visit attraction in Roads End is the Roads End State Recreation Site. The Roads End State Recreation Site brings in sailboarders and outdoor adventure-lovers each year from all over the world.
Along the coast of Roads End visitors will find tidepools, small islands, and even hidden beach coves. Some of the beach coves are only accessible during low tide and some can be accessed at any time of the day. For the adventure seekers out there, Roads End is a destination you will definitely want to experience!
Each year on Memorial Day, the Oregon Coast plays host to an event known as Finders Keepers. All along the coast from Lincoln City to Siletz Bay, glass floats are placed along the beach. The year of the event indicates how many glass floats are set out. For example in 2020, 2020 glass floats will be placed along the beach. Anyone who finds one of these glass floats get to keep it! This is an exciting time for Oregon Coast visitors because it gives them an opportunity to take home a special souvenir.
