"Our stay was generally very good. The location was great and we were able to visit a different city along the coast and come back to the middle in Lincoln City. The rooms (both) had good furnishing and were open to the coast. (104 had a bigger bedroom, 409 had updated furniture -- although no directions how to get the murphy bed out.) Our original room did have a problem with the hot water/water heater on our third night. The maintenance staff was quick to respond and we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room also had an issue with the heat. That was also fixed quickly (we asked they come and fix it the next day, since we did not want to move again.) Great job to the maintenance staff for being on top of it. Our first full day home, I got an unfortunate voicemail from the office staff asking why the washer and dryer unit was in the middle of the hallway. I called back and told them that a) I did not do that (maintenance did) and b) that we had changed rooms. I explained who I had spoken to and what arrangements had been changed. I was disappointed by the person I was talking to because they did not try to figure out what was going on, and it seemed like they wanted to blame someone and charge me for the damages. Over all a good trip, too bad the bad phone call left a poor aftertaste. "

"I found a very comfortable and clean condo without the musty beach smell. Tastefully decorated. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with my husband and my dog who thinks she is human. The furniture was awesome and very comfortable. Lots of pillows which I loved and the bed was comfortable. It has a huge flat screen TV which is totally awesome. Had two wine bottle openers and plenty of wine glasses to choose from. A broiler pan and plenty of cups and dishes. Over all it was a beautiful weekend. Stormed Friday night and was sunny the rest of the weekend. Thank you for an awesome place to celebrate my birthday."
