Spring Break 2019

"Older house, but big and lots of space for a 3 bedroom. Short walking distance to beach and downtown area. Overall a great value."

Family vacation home in Seaside.

"When we arrived at Seaside Family Tides, we noticed the age/condition of the front door; chipped paint; cobwebs and spider nests; both the lock and the door handle are rusted. Not a great first impression.

We were very pleased with how the house is laid out. liked the two living spaces with TVs. The Kitchen
was a bit sketchy. First, my wife spent about 20 minutes cleaning the sink, wiping food
crumbs on the counters. The floor under the sink needs to be replaced. The vinyl is old and filthy and it had food crumbs all over. Also, we found food crumbs in the silverware trays; my wife removed them and cleaned them with soapy water. Some of the shelves were plain wood and some had some pretty old and greasy shelf paper on the shelves which should be replaced. We recognize that the cabinets are probably original; but for all the little bit of effort it would take to clean out and tidy up the shelves, we believe, would go far. Also, both cold air returns in the hall ceiling was filthy and appeared that they had not been cleaned for some time.

The lint screen in the cloths dryer was so full it was disgusting. Plus, the dryer itself is pretty disgusting. Would not want to have to do laundry in either the washer or dryer.

Ping pong table needs to be fixed or replaced. We could not use it. Only 1 ball was provided and the paddles should be trashed (compared to the ping pong table & paddles at Seashell Beach House on Franklin St). The ping pong table doesn't even stay together. That was really a disappointment because it was one of the reasons that we rented the home. Also, overall, the garage was not very clean either.

Queen Beds in both of bedroom were very uncomfortable and should be replaced!

On the other hand, we thoroughly enjoyed the other amenities of the house; its proximity to the beach; and that it is located located far enough away from all of the tourist traffic but close enough to walk to downt"

Charming and Clean- Would Stay Here Again

"Our experience in this rental was wonderful, the house was large enough for our family of six as Well as room to host and entertain more family. We stayed at this accommodation to celebrate the memorial of Passover and keep the feast of unleavened bread, so we spent a lot of time in the house. There were towels and blankets, we had everything we needed. Also I t was wonderful to be so close to the beach and there is plenty of sand toys and kites for the kids! The kitchen had mostly everything we needed, excluding a small sized frying pan- The pans were quite large but nothing really to complain about! All in all we highly recommend, and would stay here again!"

Older Big Space

"Older house that could use some updating. Plenty of space. Needs to be cleaned better, especially kitchen. Front door needs to be replaced. Very unwelcoming. House wasn't cleaned very well. Lots of sand everywhere. Trundle twin bed needs to be replaced. Springs were broken. Lots of sand toys and kites for kids. Outdoor furniture only had 1 chair for table plus 2 loungers. "

s2019 bridge tournament rental home

"Roomy older home convenient to the convention center. The mattress on the lower bunk bed needs to be replaced and the lock on the front door is very loose and should be replaced. The house was well stocked with blankets and towels and the kitchen supplies were adequate for a rental home."

Great Spot and clean home

"Great spot that met our needs for the weekend. Ping Pong table in the garage was a plus"
