Just a short block to the beach and prom, this over 3000 sq ft, 5 bedroom home with bedding for 10 is the perfect place for your family retreat or multi-family getaway. This wonderful family style home also has a peak at the ocean from the 3rd and 4th floor. This is a newer home built in 1996 and is uniquely designed and decorated. It also has a handicapped outside ramp and bathroom (no bedroom on this level). The house includes a gourmet kitchen, huge dining area, 1st floor family room (TV/DVD), formal living room with a gas fireplace and a huge 3rd floor vaulted ceiling great room with 2 TV/DVDs, foosball and air hockey - great for the kids. 3 bathrooms feature 2 with jacuzzi tubs. Free WIFI is included as well as ample off street parking and a huge deck with BBQ grill. This rental has a 5 night minimum stay during the months of July and August. This home is clearly one of the nicest vacation rentals on the Oregon Coast. Ask about our special discounts. This house has a 5 night minimum in July and August. Please note that the maximum occupancy for this home is 15 people, but there are only beds for 10. Bring your sleeping bags!
