This wonderful Nye Beach hide-a-way is bright and airy with plenty of room for relaxation. You'll vacation in comfort with great views from the living room and deck. This ocean front condo in Famous Nye Beach District is only minutes away from Newport's bay front, shopping and the Performing Arts Center. You’ll enjoy the sea green décor and tile, and comfortable furnishings throughout. A well-equipped kitchen, complete with microwave, will allow you the choice of dinning in; or choose from many area restaurants, bistro’s and café’s. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the bedroom and one comfortable full size futon in the living area. Two televisions, one in living room and one in the bedroom with Located three stories up, you’ll enjoy the deck facing the ocean! Additionally, this corner unit has windows on two sides with views of the Newport Bridge to the south, and Yaquina Head Lighthouse to the north. For play and relaxation, you can use the on-site swimming pool and hot tub! (Pool closed during winter months.) Please Note: This condo is located on the third floor with NO elevator access. There are 32 stairs to the condo. BBQ not allowed on the deck, ok in the yard.
