Lincoln Beach home is just a few short steps to the beach! Family Friendly! Great Ocean Views! Fabulous Outdoor Living Space and the home sleeps 12 guests! This home is perfect for those with elders in their group as the home has only 2 steps to enter it and all the main living space is on the main level! The living room, dining area and kitchen all have wonderful ocean views. The home has undergone an extensive remodel and large addition, so everything in the home is brand new, including the furniture! Great entertainment throughout with several large, flat panel TV's. The galley kitchen is just right to make up any kind of vacation meal! Guest room on the main floor has a queen size bed. There is a master suite on the main level that also doubles as a family room, or if you need, the perfect spot for grandparents as it has a king size bed, TV, table and queen size sofa sleeper as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower! Upstairs is a large open bedroom with terrific ocean views! This room has a queen size bed and a futon that will convert to a queen bed for additional sleeping options. Located just 5 minutes South of Lincoln City or just 15 minutes North of Newport, this home is close to so many things you'll want to do while on vacation! Pricing on this home is a great deal any time of year, so you'll be able to take week long vacations or weekend getaways often!
This is a great place to stay!!! Great view of coast. Walking distance to store. 3 miles from golf. Then the the house ---- This house had everything our family wanted. We had the best of times much to do with the accomodations. New everything!!! We highly recommend this unit. We have stay at similar places at this price range and this is far and away the best place we have stayed.

What a wonderful vacation!
This home is gorgeous - lots of room, clean and the views are superb. Be sure to bring binoculars - we watched sea lions playing in the waters and surfers trying the waves (even in December!).
The access to the beach was so close and you are by the water in minutes.
This home has everything you need for a memorable stay in the Depoe Bay/Lincoln City area. Great price for such a large home. The first Master suite (there are 2!) is at the top of the house and is so warm, cozy and has a great view - I didn't want to leave!
Locals are friendly and serve excellent food as well.
We HOPE to come back soon.

What a wonderful home! It is clean, spacious but still very cozy feeling.
Beach access is just steps away. We saw sea lions playing in the waves as well as surfers in the waters (in December!)
The first master suite (yes there are two!) is upstairs with a lovely ocean view and is so comfortable we didn't want to leave.
The Depoe Bay restaurants are excellent and the people are so nice.
The price for this wonderful rental is excellent for all it offers -3 bedrooms, a great kitchen, 3 large bathrooms (plus room to sleep lots more), several of big screen TV's and a nice deck.
We hope to come back soon!

What a great home! I found it to be very family friendly, with games and movies for all ages. The beach is very accessible and was not over populated. The neighborhood was quiet, and the local coffee shop was very hospitable. Thanks for allowing us to stay and make wonderful memories. We would love to come back!

This place is one of a kind! The owners have done a spectacular job of ugrading and turning this into a dream home! It's extremely comfortable and accomodating to everyone's needs and desires. The ocean views will take your breath away and you can walk out the door and head right down to beach. If you are looking to stay anywhere on the coast, you have found the place! You will fall in love with this house!
