The living room, kitchen and two bedrooms are upstairs. Great deck with fabulous views!Downstairs there is a family room with TV, laundry room and two more bedrooms. Located in Lincoln City, there's much to do in the area. PLEASE NOTE: This home has very strict parking restrictions. In renting this home, you agree to adhere to the parking restrictions, which include no more than 4 vehicles, do not block the neighbor and do not park on the street. A violation of these City of Lincoln City regulations may result in a vehicle being towed at the expense of the vehicle owner.
