Elevator in the building for your ease of accessing your vacation condo. You will truly enjoy the wonderful views of the beach, surf and sand from the 3rd floor living room and balcony. Enjoy the wildlife to include Osprey, Eagles, Gulls, Fish and Sea Lions. Walk to the famous Mos Restaurant, Beach Dog Cafe, art galleries and explore miles of sandy beach! A great spot for families, as the water on this beach is so calm and protected from the winds. Build sand castles, crab or clam all right from the beach in front of this condo. One bedroom and one bath, the condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a bath with a tub-shower combination. Sink vanity is located outside the bath area, providing convenience for the 4 guests this condo will accommodate. Living room has a gas fireplace, sofa sleeper and a cozy reading chair. Dining table for 4 guests and bar stools at the breakfast counter. Large sliding glass door opens up the waterfront balcony where you can truly enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf, the changing tides and Schooner Creek flowing into the bay! Please note that from June 3rd to September 15th there will be a siding project going on from 8am - 6pm daily.
