Located on the main level are the great room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a laundry room, and a full bath. The great room has soaring 20 foot vaulted ceilings with a wall of windows, a woodstove, a cozy microfiber sectional, chaise lounge, and a 40 inch television with dvd and vcr players. The formal dining area is lit by Lux lighting, has seating for 8 at a bistro table, and has an ocean peek. The deck has a barbeque, large hot tub, access to the backyard and offers ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large pantry for storage, a sitting bar for two and an additional elegant dining area for 6-8 with kid-friendly benches, providing elegant, casual dining. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer that leads to the three car garage. The two bedrooms are perfect for a family; the “green room” has a queen bed, double closet and tv with a dvd player. There is plenty of room for a playpen or two. The “blue room” has a twin speedboat bed with a pull-out trundle, a walk-in closet, a tv with a vcr and a deck with an ocean peek. There is also a full bathroom on the main level. The upstairs is dominated by a private master suite. Looking over the balcony atop the landing, you can see for miles into the Pacific Ocean. There is a quaint reading nook to your right and to your left are French doors that lead to a vaulted master with all the amenities you would expect: separate shower and soaking tub, double sinks, king sized bed, full dresser, large tv with dvd player, and haystack rock views. There is also a toddler bed and plenty of room for a playpen.
