A sofa sleeper in the living room is suitable for teens or children. Part of the great room includes a large table for additional dining, playing games or enjoying puzzles. Large family style dining and kitchen are also part of the main living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy big family meals, including a large breakfast griddle! Laundry room and a very large bath, with a Jacuzzi Tub, is located just off the kitchen. Distant, but great ocean view from the upstairs loft! The open loft is the family room, which doubles as an extra sleeping area with a sleeper sofa and privacy curtains to close off the room. The loft also has a TV and DVD player. A bedroom with a queen bed and powder room are adjacent to the loft. Downstairs, from the main living area is another bedroom, which is perfect for the teens or a couple with children. This room has a queen bed, and a bunk, which has a double below and twin on top, allowing up to 4 guests in the room. A private bath with a tub-shower combination is part of this bedroom suite. The attached single car garage may be used for parking or enjoy the combination game table which has a small pool table, ping-pong table and foos-ball! Priced very reasonably, this pet friendly home will allow you to bring two dogs, with an additional $50 pet-cleaning fee. The home is very family friendly with many games and books to enjoy on rainy days and a nice side yard to enjoy during good weather months! Your walk to the beach access is about 10 minutes from the home. Or, if you prefer to enjoy Mexican fare, you can take a 5-minute stroll to a local's favorite restaurant!
