Step right from the home onto the sandy beach. This home, is primarily all one level, with only a few stairs in the interior. A tour of the home will reveal the following - park directly in front of the home in Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City. Take about 8 steps down to the east side deck, which is large enough for all guests to enjoy. Picnic table on this deck allow you to enjoy the morning sun or a shady spot in the afternoon. Enter the home directly into the great room. With great beachfront views, the living room, dining area and kitchen are all in one large area and provides a great spot for entertaining, conversations or just plain old fashioned family fun! Step through the sliding glass door to a deck that meets the sand. Step off the deck and enjoy hours of sandy beach walks; explore Cape Kiwanda, hike the massive sand dune or explore the tidal pools during low tide. Back in the home, just off the living room, take a step up to the hallway where you will find the first guest bath a walk-in shower. The family room doubles as a private sleeping bedroom. The family room has a sleeper sofa, a twin size bed TV and let us not overlook the stunning ocean views! Via a vertical ladder, access the loft where there is a twin bed that is included in the sleeping accommodations. Back out to the hall, take two more steps up to access the other two guest suites. Each of these guest suites features a queen size bed and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Please note, these two guest rooms have lofts, which are not included in the sleeping accommodations for guest use and should not be used by guests during their stay. This home is Dog Friendly. You may bring up to two well-behaved dogs with you on your vacation to this home. You are asked to clean up after your dog on the beach, on the dock and in all public spaces, including the beach. An additional $50 Pet Cleaning Fee will be added to your Booking. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE to Opt-out.***Maximum 2 dogs ONLY***
