The 1/2 bath on this level doubles as the laundry room. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. The kitchen, dining and living room are in the great room area. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cook ware for preparing fun vacation meals. The living room has a TV, DVD and comfortable furnishings. There is a small deck overlooking the enclosed yard below. The beach access is an easy stroll of about 1 block. This beach is great for beach combing and is a favorite spot for surfers. You may bring your well-behaved dog on vacation with you to this dog friendly home with the payment of the additional $50 pet cleaning fee.
