Enjoy the fully enclosed sun porch, living room fireplace, family kitchen, restful sleeping, quiet reading spots, and long strolls on the beach. This newly constructed two-story home in Kiwanda Shores has the kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, bedroom (Queen bed) and a bath on the first floor. The living room has a fireplace, small flatscreen TV(DirectTV), and an assortment of movies, books, and games. Up the stairs on the landing is a window seat, a cozy reading spot. There are two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. One guest room has a queen bed; the other has two twin beds. This home is a wonderful spot for several couples or for a family. The sunporch looks out on a wooded wetland area so the house seems very private. In front there is a cement patio area with four chairs. It is a short walk to the beach down a path through the wetlands. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. With an additional $50 pet cleaning fee, you may bring your well-behaved family dog to this vacation home, however the owner respectfully requests that your dog stay on the main level of the home or in the sun porch area and not go upstairs. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE to Opt-out.***Maximum 2 dogs ONLY***
