Enter the home on the lower level and ascend the stairs to a cheerful open great room, with kitchen, dining and living room. The floor to ceiling west-facing windows, provide views of the ocean just beyond the oceanfront homes. The home sits just one row of homes away from the shoreline, where you will easily enjoy hours of beachcombing, walks with your family dog, sand castle building and kite flying! The kitchen is fully supplied with all the cooking and serving ware needed to cook up a vacation or holiday meal and with dining seating for 6, your family can enjoy a good old fashioned sit-down dinner. There is a large flat panel TV and DVD player in the living room for entertainment when not out enjoying the sights and sounds of this beachfront community. Free Internet Access is also provided, which will allow you to stay connected with family and friends back home, learn more about the Oregon Coast or extend your stay and remain connected to the office while on vacation! This upper level has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Down stairs are two guest suites, complete with private baths! The master suite has a king size bed with a tub/shower combination in the bath. The other guest suite has a bunk bed, TV, X-Box 360 with Kinect and the bath has a walk-in shower. The home has a washer and dryer for added guest convenience, so you can pack light and stay longer! This home is Dog Friendly; therefore an additional $50 per cleaning fee will be automatically added to your booking. If you are not bringing a dog, please contact our office to have the fee removed. Dog registration information will be required when booking the home. PARKING RESTRICTIONS APPLY: No more than 2 vehicles are allowed at this home, due to City of Newport Regulations. One vehicle is to be parked in the garage and the other in the driveway parking pad.
