We loved this condo. The description doesn’t describe it well enough! We rented it for a relaxing, rainy Thanksgiving for us and our 3 year old. We arrived late and had no problem using the lockbox to get into the condo. I think we were the only ones in the whole complex. Very quiet. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom unit. Great upscale kitchen and air tub for 2 in the Master with a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. I loved the heated tile floor in the Master Bath! I wanted something right on the ocean and there are amazing views of the beach and the ocean from the Master Bedroom and the Living Room/Porch. We watched the lighthouse light revolve at night and the ocean waves during the day. We hiked down to the beach (not difficult, but no easy path) for a long walk along the beach in the rain. We didn’t wander far, but it’s easy access to shopping and town. We were able to order a Thanksgiving dinner from the nearby Safeway in advance and heat it up, but it would have been easy to cook the whole meal in the full kitchen. The only issue we had was that the dryer was slow to dry, especially towels. The limit is 4 people, but it could easily sleep 6 or even 8 if 2-4 of them were little kids. It would be great if there was more than 1 place to rent at the same complex. I could see us returning with another family.

We really liked this condo, it's a very romantic place to spend the weekend, far enough from Newports motel row. Its got big bathrooms, nice comfortable furniture, a beautiful kitchen and a washer/dryer. Its also well cared for and very clean. I think we were in one of two condo's occupied at the time so it was very quiet, great for adults with no kids and well worth the money.

We stayed here in June for our 25th wedding anniversary. When I first showed to my Husband online, he thought that it just looked ok. When we got in the condo he was very SURPRISED at how nice and upscale it was...WE will be back;
