This ocean front condo in Famous Nye Beach district is only minutes away from Newport's Bayfront, shopping, and the performing arts center. A well equipped kitchn, complete with microwave, will allow you the choice of dining in; or choose from many area restaurants, bistros and cafes. Located three stories up, you'll enjoy the deck facing the ocean! Additionally, this corner unit has windows on two sides with views of the Nreport Bridge to the south and Yaquina Head Lighthouse to the north. For play and relaxation, you can use the on-site swimming pool and hot tub! (Pool closed during winter months.) Please Note: This condo is located on the third floor with NO elevator access. There are 32 stairs to the condo. BBQ not allowed on the deck, okay in the yard.
