In the evening soak in the sights of the sunsets and later watch the lights of the crabbing boats as they work just off the shore. This lovely home has an oceanfront master suite on the main living level, which makes it perfect for those guests who need accommodations all one floor. With a king size bed, a bath with a walk-in shower, built-in vanity table, TV and a glass door to the oceanfront deck, this master suite is truly delightful! The guest bath is also on this main floor, with a tub/shower combination. Up stairs are two more bedrooms, one of which has an ocean view and two twin beds. The other room, which is pleasantly tucked away privately, has a full size bed and sports the historical décor’ of horse shows from days gone by. (Please note: the upstairs bedrooms may not be suitable for elder guests, as the stairs are steep and with narrow trends. Young children should be supervised when they are using the stairs.) The washer and dryer are located in the garage and provided for guest use. Beach access, found by walking through Beverly Beach State Park, is located a short drive or about a 15 minute walk down the hill. Beverly Beach, with miles of sandy beaches to explore, is located directly in front of the home, just across Hwy 101. Take the Highway into nearby Newport to explore the Bay front, Historic Nye Beach District, Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Marine Science Center, Rogue Brewery, Yaquina Bay Lighthouse and Yaquina Head Lighthouse – oh my, the list of exciting things to do is endless!
