Located in the charming town of Neskowin, this Pacific Sands Resort Condo has dynamic oceanfront views! The condo is on the second level with a full kitchen, two bathrooms (each with tub-shower combination) and one private bedroom. There is room for up to six guests at the condo! Kitchen has all you will need to cook and serve any vacation or holiday meal. The bedroom has a qeen size bed, small TV and an oceanfront deck. The living room has a new, high quality QueenMurphy Bed for two and the sofa sleeper is perfect for young children. For added entertainment, the condo has a TV in the living room with Direct TV programming and there is free Wi-Fi! Access miles of sandy beaches from the property and explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Café or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store. It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City (North) or drive South to Lincoln City if you find yourself yearning for more shopping or area attractions. The condo does not have a washer and dryer but there is a coin-op laundry at the Neskowin Store. This condo does not allow pets. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking, including balconies.
