The condo has been wonderfully remodeled with new marble and tile baths - one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination. The full kitchen has also just been remodeled and is completely outfitted with every convenience you need for meals ranging from simple lunches to gourmet dinners! You will surely enjoy the expansive oceanfront windows in the living room and in the private bedroom. With the ability to close the doors between the bedroom and the living space, the living room then doubles as a 2nd private bedroom. The queen size Murphy bed is a quality new unit, with comfortable mattress. The private bedroom has a few extra amenities to include a coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave and a table, so you can enjoy your early morning coffee or late evening snacks without disturbing your other guests. Located in the little burg of Neskowin, where daily strolls through the neighborhood will unveil many beautiful floral gardens, colorful artwork signs and golf course. If you prefer to eat out, Hawk Creek Cafe is a great place for any meal, whether you want something casual or elegant. The Neskowin Market Place has a host of sundries, beverages, gift and other items as well. A public laundry-mat is also located at the Market Place. Please note: Due to the low bank setting of the condo, during the winter months the oceanfront sliding glass doors are partially to fully boarded up to ensure the safety of the building. Unless it is a very high tide and the storm warnings are extreme, you can still enjoy the views when the windows are partially covered. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking, including balconies.
