2nd Tee is located on a very large, wooded lot, giving it a secluded feeling right in the heart of Neskowin! Less than one block to the beach and directly across from the second tee of Neskowin Golf Course this cedar shake sided cottage has very unique offerings. The main cottage has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and great room. Step across the entry way to a private bedroom, located outside of the main cottage. You'll enjoy TV/VCR/DVD/ satellite TV, games, books, stereo, and dining seating for eight. The kitchen is equipped with everything except a dishwasher. Full bath plus a laundry room. Boardwalks connect large south and north decks. Enjoy all the charm of Neskowin, all within walking distance. You may bring your family dog to this pet friendly home with an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. Please be advised, the exterior cottage is not for guest use. This home is a pet-friendly home. There is a pet-cleaning fee to book this home of $50.00 that will be applied to your booking. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office to opt out.*** MAXIMUM of 2 dogs only ***If not bringing a pet, you must call our office before final payment is due to opt out.
