Rest, Relax & Rejevenate! This Pacific Sands Resort Condo will allow up to 4 guests. 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a kitchenette. Located upstairs, the condo has courtyard views from the living room and the pleasant surprise of ocean and surf views from the master bedroom balcony. Queen size bed in the bedrom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. Although the kitchenette is small, you will enjoy the use of a small oven/range, full size fridge, micorwave and enough dishes and cookware to cook a simple vacation meal. Flat panel TV with DVD player is located in the living room. Should you tire of relaxing at the condo, you can easily explore the beaches, and the little burg of Neskowin. There is a local country grocery store, coin-op laundry, golf course and Hawk Creek Cafe. Lincoln City and Pacific City are a quick and easy drive in either direction from the condo! There is no washer and dryer at this condo. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking, including balconies. There is a pet-cleaning fee to book this home of $ 50.00 applied to your booking. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE to Opt-out.*** MAXIMUM of 2 dogs only ***
