Walk to fun dining, ice cream, coffee, galleries, museum and quaint shops. The menu of activities in the Historic Taft District is fabulous! King bed in this one bedroom condo and a sofa sleeper in the living room will allow up to 4 guests. You’ll enjoy this spot for a couple’s retreat or your small family. The owner’s have furnished the home very nicely, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts of home. Gas fireplace and cozy leather sofa and loveseat in the living room as well as a deck with outstanding views! Two TV’s in this privately owned condo for added entertainment. Complimentary Wi-Fi allows you to stay in touch or work remote. City Park located at the base of the condo building, will allow you a great spot to BBQ, as BBQ’s are not allowed on the deck. Elevator for your convenience. Parking for up to one vehicle. Please be advised the on-site management does not manage this unit. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT WILL ALLOW ONE PET UNDER 40 LBS.
