With views of Schooner Creek, the Siletz Bay and the Pacific Ocean, you're sure to experience ever-changing views. Enjoy the eagles soaring about, the sea birds and the seals! Take a stroll along the beach from the calm bayfront right out to the ocean surf. Crab or surf fish right from the shoreline. Wait till the tide goes out and try your hand at clamming. This area of the beach is great for those with young children, as the waters are calm and the beach is very easy to navigate. Buillding has an elevator for ease of access to the 3rd floor unit. ** PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT WILL ALLOW ONE PET UNDER 40 LBS. LARGER ANIMALS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE REMOVED ** - Additional pet cleaning fee applies. If not bringing a pet, you must call our office before final payment is due to opt out.
