Also on this main level is the family room with all new furniture, including a sleeper sofa. The family room closes off for extra privacy during the night. Fun entertainment in the family room includes cable TV and a foos-ball table and let's not forget to mention the cozy gas fireplace for added warmth! The upstairs portion of this home is an open loft that overlooks the living room and has wonderful ocean views! This room has 2 queen beds with a divider you can sit between the two beds for extra privacy. Also in this room are two chairs to enjoy the scenes of the ocean or to watch TV from. PLEASE NOTE: This home is not suitable for families with small children, due to no yard and the high bank location.
