Every room has been decorated with a fabulous theme in this 4 bedroom/4 bath house! 2700 square feet and three levels of room to enjoy a vacation together with plenty of space for private time. 4 TV's, 4 DVD players; satellite with pay-per-view; wireless internet access; household sound system; 2 large decks; 4 queen size beds, 1 queen size sofa sleeper and 1 futon which converts to a queen size bed; dining seating for 12; very large kitchen with granite counter tops and everything you need to cook wonderful meals! Two of the bedrooms are master suites, each with walk-in showers and jetted Jacuzzi tubs. Separate suite for the teens or parents with children to make themselves at home in, has a family room area with futon, TV, sliding door to the patio and a bath with tub/shower combination. For outdoor living the river-rocked back yard has a fire-pit for evening enjoyment of a roasted marshmallow or two. Large decks off the living room and dining area create additional outdoor fun! Dog run outdoors for your well-behaved mature dog, along with a scooper so you can ensure the run is ready for the next doggy guest. Please do not bring puppies to the Dog House, there’s just too much for them to chew up! With a peek of the ocean from this delightful home, and a very short walk to the beach, the Dog House can now be your house while on vacation!
