Captain’s Place Beach House is a charming Ocean-view home with beach access only 50 feet away. Built in 1903, by a riverboat captain, it has been completely remodeled. You’ll enjoy historic charm in every corner, while at the same time appreciating every modern convenience. This home is wonderful for family vacations, scrap-booking, fishing weekends with friends or reunions with family and friends! Sleeps 15 with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The large living room has a fabulous river rock gas fireplace and cozy furnishings. The dining table will comfortably seat all 15 guests! Ocean views from 2 decks and from the living room. The rustic feel of the home is wonderfully enhanced by modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, hot chocolate machine and more, is a great place to cook up wonderful meals and lasting memories. There is a hot tub and a grill for your outdoor enjoyment, as well. PLEASE NOTE: City of Lincoln City Parking Restrictions Apply. In renting this home you agree to adhere to the parking configuration provided on a map at the home. Parking for no more than 4 vehicles only and no more than 2 SUV type vehicles at any time. No parking is allowed in the public parking next to the house.
