Beach Avenue Bungalow is located in the Taft Heights area, as it was called years ago. This cute bungalow is reminiscent of yesteryear with built in cabinetry and fun little nooks, where you will find all you need to make your stay enjoyable. Fully updated and very comfortable for true relaxation. Peek of the ocean and nearby beach access. This wonderful area is quiet yet close to much of the Historic Taft District. Just a short distance to fun shops, art galleries and a delightful old-fashioned ice cream parlor that has been a favorite of locals and visitor’s since the 1950’s. You’ll find the famous Mo’s Restaurant and other taste-bud beckoning establishments close by. Located in the south part of Lincoln City, you can easily enjoy the drive to Newport, which offers a day or more of sea activities! The home has two queen size bedrooms, and nicely remodeled baths. The comfortable livingroom furniture lends to the coziness and is a perfect place to enjoy a movie or watch a game!
