This 3 bedroom 2 bath A-Frame home is located on a wooded lot, at the end of a gravel lane, nestled on the edge of the lovely Gearhart Community. With nearby beach access, the home is dog friendly and will accomodate up to 6 guests. With all wood, rustic interior, large decks and spacious yard, this home is not only in a peaceful setting but reflects the natural beauty surrounding it. Ascend the exteror stairs to reach the main deck and front door. Step inside to the main level to the great room with living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals. Guest suite on this level has a full size bed and a private bath with a tub. The master suite on this level has a full size bed, private deck and a tub/shower combination in the bath. The large bookcase is filled with great books that you may enjoy during your stay. Upstairs is an open loft bedroom with a full size futon bed. The large yard is great for your well-behaved family dog. Care should be taken to stay with your dog, as the yard is not fenced. There is plenty of public beach access opportunity located less than 1/2 mile from the home. Gearhart is known for easy strolls or family bike rides, as well as the small shops, art galleries, coffee shops and one should not forget the Golf Course! The home is located at the end of a gravel, dead-end street, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This home is perfect for the family who wants to enjoy and respect the peace and quiet of this serene neighborhood. The home is dog friendly, therefore an additional $50 Pet Cleaning Fee will be added to your booking. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE to Opt-out. You will need to provide pet registration information and be sure to clean up the yard after your dog. This home does not have a washer & dryer. Basement garage is not for guest use or access. Being that the home is on a heavily wooded and grassy lot, and given the rustic wood interior, it may not necessarily be suitable for those with allergies.**Maximum 2 dogs allowed**
