The upscale interior of this contemporary 2-story retreat features an open floor plan with large scale windows and nine foot ceilings providing plenty of elbow room for groups that enjoy togetherness as part of their vacation time. Downstairs, the stylish great room floor plan combines living room, kitchen, and dining areas so everyone can join in the fun. The living room provides comfortable and ample seating on three couches, two club chairs, and various ottomans. High def 42” flatscreen TV includes DVR and DVD player. A stereo CD player and wireless Internet also are included. There is a half bath powder room that serves the great room. Games are stored in the entry hall credenza. In the fully appointed kitchen, the chef is never separated from the rest of the crowd and can enjoy ocean views while cooking up a storm! Appliances include French door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, glass cook top stove, and convection oven. Also included are all the extra touches you want in a kitchen: baking pans, rolling pin, waffle iron, hot air popcorn popper, crock pot, coffee makers, blender, toaster, pizza pan and cutter, Brita water filter, pots and pans, all eating utensils for at least twelve people. The main floor laundry room has a full capacity washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and a full size rinse sink for hand washables. An expansive seven-foot dining table for twelve is perfect for playing games, crafting, admiring ocean views, or large group meals. Many guests have shared about the joyful hours spent around this custom table. Three very large master bedrooms, each with its own individually controlled heating source. One bedroom is on the main level and two upstairs – all with king beds. The downstairs has an attached bath featuring a large shower. The upstairs west facing room has a view of the ocean through the pine trees. The bathroom just outside the door has a full sized shower and would be shared with the bunk bed room. The upstairs east-facing bedroom is quieter and the attached bathroom has a six-foot tub with hand sprayer. All bathrooms include a hair dryer and close up mirror. A cozy little bunk bed room upstairs includes a trundle. Both upstairs bedrooms have TVs, closets and dressers. Additional sleeping is available on the sofa sleeper and rollaway bed. The ocean front deck, extra large and nestled under the pines, can accommodate twelve for outdoor dining. Up to six people can watch the ocean waves while luxuriating in the hot tub.
