The main living level of this home has a great room with exceptional ocean and rolling surf views! Large open spaces with a river rock gas fireplace, leather furniture, great dining table and a kitchen full of pots, pans and dishes for any great family meal. Guest room on the main level has a queen size bed. A master suite is also on this level with a king bed, a twin with twin trundle to keep the little ones close by and a private bath with a tub shower combination. TV in the master suite as well as a sliding door leading to the oceanfront deck. Downstairs there are three more bedrooms. One room has two sets of bunk beds and the guest room has a queen bed, with a hall bath (walk-in shower) between the two bedrooms. There is also another master suite on this level with a king bed and a private bath. Both the master suite and the guest room have TVs in them. Open area between all the lower level bedrooms provides a place for the children or teens to watch TV. Exit through the sliding glass patio door to the hot tub. Beach access is located directly next to the house on a community maintained path. There are stairs down to the miles of sandy beaches.**MAXIMUM 2 DOGS ALLOWED**BEACH ACCESS STAIRS - Please note, that due to winter storms, the beach access stairs have partially washed out.
