Single level home with unfinished basement containing a half bath and washer/dryer. Eat-in kitchen has table seating for 8. Includes gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Childproof closures on cabinet under sink and on oven knobs. Front room has 2 comfortable chairs sitting in front of gas fireplace for reading and relaxing. Family room has tv/dvd/vcr and cd stereo. A childs gate can be used to close family room off from kitchen while you are cooking a nice meal. Master bedroom has queen bed with full bath including shower stall. 2nd bedroom has king bed and 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. Hall bathroom has tub/shower. This is a great family vacation home that is designed to bring small children and enjoy a safe vacation. Beach access is a half block away. The beach is quiet, on the north end of town away from the downtown crowds. Concrete patio in back yard has an outdoor shower to wash away the sand before entering the house. 5 night minimum July and August
