Recent Reviews About This Property

A great place to stay - cute and comfortable

"The main house and cottage are very comfortable and cute. They have taken great pains to maintain the funky cottage, shabby chic vibe of the house. The beds were very comfortable and it fit our needs perfectly. The only thing that might need mentioning is the upstairs bedroom in the cottage has a low vaulted ceiling. I'm 5'10" and couldn't stand upright so I dressed downstairs and just slept upstairs. It was just me so it was fine but could be an issue with larger groups. "

Perfect spot.

"Loved staying here. It was perfect spot for me, my mom, my daughter and three grand kids. We will be back. This house is just around the corner from the beach and a short walk to the strip. The only negative about this place is no dishwasher. It has all other amenities we could want, including beach toys for the kids and a BBQ. "

"One block to the beach, only a couple min walk to down town. You really can't beat the location. It is awesome. The futons are pretty uncomfortable, but thats to be expected. The kitchens are not well stocked so bring everything (oil, foil, garbage bags, etc etc) "

"This is our second year staying at the Hydrangea House for our family summer vacation - so we like it enough to keep going! The description of the property is accurate - but you have to be careful with the electric - using more than one appliance at a time will likely blow fuses. It has a fresh coat of paint throughout and the kitchen and bathroom are well maintained. The carpet throughout and the couch in the living area could use a refresh. We don't use the guest house for much other than an extra bathroom - it's not in the best shape. OBV provided prompt and friendly service. We would stay here again and we'd recommend it to others."
